Greg has been a member of the Stewardship Council since 2009.

Greg and his wife, Beth, have been members of St. Thomas since they were transferred to Loudon from Huntsville,  AL in 1996.  They moved here with then newborn Josh and have since added two more sons to their roster – Matthew and David – 10 & 8.  Greg and Beth participate in Why Catholic and really enjoy the group, and they have worked to provide many of the art back drops and props for Summer Bible School.

Greg works as an Account Manager for an integrated manufacturer of corrugated packaging and has been in the paper & packaging industry since graduating from GA Southern in 1985.

There was a time in the former church building when it became obvious we were outgrowing the structure. An 8am Mass was added on Sunday morning in hopes of defraying the overcrowded 9:30 Mass.  Greg attended this early Mass and noticed how basic it was.  Other than singing a few versus to begin and end the Mass, there was no music, no song leader etc.  Greg saw a need and offered to help.  Although he does not read music, he knew that, with his ability to “hear” music, he could learn several songs on the piano and hopefully make a difference which seemed much appreciated at the time.

Recently, Greg has been invited to serve on the Stewardship Committee here at St. Thomas and will do his best to make a difference here as well.
