Duane Baumert - Chair

Duane serves as Chair on the Finance Committee for St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Duane has been a member of St. Thomas the Apostle since 2004.

Duane and his wife, Dot, moved from Connecticut to the East Tennessee area in 2004. They have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. In previous parishes, Duane was involved on Parish Council, led parish fund raising programs and served on the Bishop’s Pastoral Council in Bridgeport, CT Diocese. In addition, Duane served as a Eucharistic minister for many years in previous parishes, and has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for 40 years.
