Parish Pastoral CouncilThe Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is primarily responsible for vision and planning for the parish. Working with the Pastor and staff, the PPC helps to recommend and shape programs and policies guiding pastoral action and ministry. The PPC also serves as an important channel for dialogue between the parish staff and members of the parish. Pat Johnson - Chair Pat Johnson serves as Chair of the Parish Pastoral Council, with responsibilities to preside over Parish Council, prepare the agenda, direct Council decisions towards consensus and to be the official spokesperson for the Parish Pastoral Council in official matters. Mary Hoyle - Vice-Chair of PPC & Co-Chair of the Administration Commission Mary serves as the Vice-Chair of the St. Thomas Parish Pastoral Council, with responsibilities to assist the Chair, and assume the duties of the Chair in her absence. These responsibilities include constantly seeking new ways to improve the flow of bi-lingual information internally from the Pastor to the laity and from the laity to the Pastor, as well as promoting St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church to our community outside the parish.
