Eucharistic Adoration- Spend an hour of your day in the chapel praying before the Blessed Sacrament. Please sign up for a time spot on the sheet outside of the chapel.

June 6, 2012 from 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.

Come join our Intercessory Prayer Group to pray for our parish members, families, and other prayer requests. If you would like to submit a prayer request, you can place it in the petition box.

Every Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30p.m. in the Chapel.

Kevin Cooney - Education Co-Chair

Kevin serves as co-chair of the Education Commission on the Parish Pastoral Council.

Kevin's responsibilities include working with the Director of Religious Education to coordinate strategies and opportunities for faith formation for children, youth and adults and to make recommendations to the Parish Pastoral Council in the area of religious education and faith formation.

Kevin has been involved in education most of his life.

He is a graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey.

After playing professional baseball in the Minnestoa Twins organization, Kevin returned to his alma mater to coach baseball. He led Montclair State to the 1987 NCAA Division III World Series title.

In 1988, Kevin was hired as head coach at Florida Atlantic, where he won more than 800 games over 21 seasons. After their jump to NCAA Division I play in 1993, Kevin led the Owls to four Sun Belt Conference championships, eight NCAA regional appearances and one trip to the NCAA Super Regional.

Kevin retired from coaching in 2009. He and his wife MaryBeth are active members of the St. Thomas parish and are currently involved in Why Catholic.
