Ray Mouse

Ray Mouse   -   Administration Co-Chair

Ray serves as co-chair of the Administration Commission on the Parish Pastoral Council.

 

 

Ray's responsibilities include managing the facilities, equipment and grounds maintenance, while also assisting the Finance Board with developing the parish’s annual budget.

Ray also serves as Secretary for the PPC.

He has served as a Parish Council President at Retired Air Force Upper Heyford, Upper Heyford, England, and Parish Council President for the Bolling Air Force Base in the Washington, DC National Capitol Region.

He also served on the Parish Financial Board, and has served as Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, coordinator for Marriage Encounter weekends, facilitator of Youth Group activities, and providing Religious Education students with religious education.

Ray’s Social Action experiences include assisting with Angel Tree activities for disadvantaged children, providing and delivering food items through Fish and Loaves, which is an ecumenical group that serves the poor and hungry in Utah and also helped provide meals and food items to his Sister Parish in the Washington DC area.

Ray is married to Elizabeth (Beth) and they have 3 children, all married, and one grandson.  Ray graduated from Davis and Elkins College, Elkins WV, with a B.S. in Business Management.  He graduated from Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, MI, with a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration and Management.

Ray is Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 25 years of enlisted and commissioned military experience.  Ray managed the administration and operational control for Air Force hospitals within the continental United States, Europe and Asia.

He was also responsible for multi-million dollar budgeting, financial decision making and capital investment and has over 7 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
